Updates and Praises:
⁃ At MANA, we are grateful to God because the children finished the first semester at school with great success! We are so proud of all their hard work and commitment that they have shown by doing their homework at MANA Monday through Friday.
⁃ MANA had her quarterly birthday party where we watched a movie with all the kids and celebrated 19 birthday boys and girls from April to August. God is so good that each birthday boy/girl went home with their very own birthday cake and all the kiddos who came had a great time!
⁃ The MANA teens have done an incredible job this year being great examples for the younger children, doing excellent in their schoolwork, being vulnerable together and asking for prayer, and being respectful and kind. We were able to reward them with a fun day just for them where we went on a Sandboarding excursion!
⁃ We had a great month filled with short-term mission teams. We are grateful for the friendships they formed with the children, for their help in maintaining the building, their donations and service, and most of all, for sharing the gospel and teaching the children more about God and His Word.
⁃ We have been extremely blessed with additional help this month from amazing followers of Christ sent by Incalink; 3 US Interns - Elizabeth, Jessica, and Aimee; one returning LINKER: Abi; and short-term global team coach, Galen.
How to pray for us?
⁃ Pray for Intern, Elizabeth, who just returned to the US and for Jessica and Aimee as they are in their final weeks. Pray for their transitions to be smooth and for comfort in difficult goodbyes.
⁃ MANA has been extremely blessed to have constant help from the interns over the last few months, but with the last two leaving soon, please pray for long-term help, volunteers and workers for alongside missionaries and directors, Jeff and Chloe at MANA.
