Updates and Praises:
⁃ MANA received some great advice and super helpful nutritional talks this month from our amazing intern Hannah, who is a pediatric dietitian.
⁃ We had a Mother's Day dinner where 35 mothers of our children came and ate in fellowship, played games, did a craft, and heard the gospel.
⁃ We made 2 new recipes in baking class: Chocolate Chip Cookie Cups with Ice Cream and Nutella Churro Bombs.
⁃ The children in the sewing workshop focused on improving their technique while making pencil bags.
⁃ The children in our knitting workshop are finishing their scarves for this cold season.
⁃ This month we started offering free sewing and knitting workshops to the children's mothers as well. We are excited to see how the Lord uses this time.
⁃ Praise the Lord for such a fun and fruitful time with Crown College who visited us from the United States for 10 days!
⁃ We gratefully welcomed another US intern, Elizabeth!
⁃ Finally, praise the Lord that the little children were finally able to move into their new classroom that we have been praying for and preparing little by little! They love it!!
How to pray for us?
⁃ Glory to God, MANA finally has some volunteers and new workers interested in joining the project. Please pray as we strengthen our team and through the training process.
⁃ With the cold season, please pray for the health of the children, as many are sick right now with a cold or the flu.
⁃ Pray alongside us as Father's Day approaches, which can be challenging for most of our children who do not have a father figure in the home.
